Membership & Pricing

Memberships and membership pricing for the Palmdale Fin & Feather Club are based off the city you live in.

- Palmdale Local: To qualify for this membership you must own a home or property in Palmdale and pay to Palmdale Water Distict for your monthly water bill. You must also be able to provide a property tax bill and a water bill for verification purposes at time of purchase. Renters and those who pay a space rent do not qualify for this particular membership (see AV Associate).

Pricing for Palmdale Locals are: $635 to join, and $405 to renew every year after.

- AV Associate: To qualify for this membership you must reside in Palmdale (renters, etc.) OR live in the following areas: Acton, Adelanto, Agua Dulce, Antelope Acres, Juniper Hills, Lake Elizabeth, Lake Hughes, Lake LA, Lancaster, Leona Valley, Little Rock, Llano, Pear Blossom, Quartz Hill, Rosamond. We require a valid ID or Driver's License and a utility bill (water, electric, or gas) in the applicant's name with the same address written on the membership application.

Pricing for AV Associates are: $885 to join, and $435 to renew every year after.

- LA Associate: This membership is for anyone living outside the Antelope Valley. This includes but is not limited to: Santa Clarita, Canyon Country, Mojave, California City, Los Angeles, San Bernadino and Ventura, etc.

Pricing for LA Associates are: $1,075 to join, and $480 to renew every year after.

Please Note: Memberships are calendar year (January thru December) and we are not pro-rated.

The Palmdale Fin & Feather Club is drinking water regulated by the State of California, Dept. of Health and the County of Los Angeles, Dept. of Public Health.

This means no bodily contact.
